Starting next season, Slagharen Themepark and Resort will be working with a new cleaning partner. After a contracting process, the choice fell on the renowned CSU from Uden. With this partner, Slagharen expects to give a quality impulse to cleaning at the resort.
With CSU, Slagharen acquires a cleaning company with extensive experience in the leisure industry. During the exploratory talks, the focus remained on quality. CSU also sets high standards for sustainability and employee satisfaction. General manager Dave Storm is looking forward to the cooperation: "I am very happy with the arrival of CSU. Feedback from our guests showed that they did not rate the cleaning of the accommodation as highly as we would like. We took action on that. I am confident that together with CSU we can realise a quality boost."
Patrick de Groot, director at CSU on the cooperation: "Cooperation starts with trust. And that trust was there from the first moment between the Slagharen team and CSU. In addition, I am delighted that we can add Slagharen's renowned name to the fine list of clients we now serve in the leisure sector."
In addition to cleaners for all accommodations, CSU is also closely involved in the operations surrounding the cleaning activities at the resort. This includes staff schedules, quality checks and employee satisfaction testing. Slagharen's resort consists of more than 600 accommodations and over 200 camping sites. Slagharen Themepark and Resort recently announced the arrival of new Red Rock Lodges. Slagharen will reopen its doors to visitors on 1 April 2023.
