Experience America in the Wild West
Route 66 was perhaps the most famous highway in the world. It crossed seven states and was surrounded by classic American diners and motels. Although the route can no longer be driven in one long stretch, it still takes you from one side of the country to the other. Meanwhile, you will experience pieces of history, unique art and true American culture.
Route 66 is the most famous American Highway that takes you from East to West America. The route started in Chicago, past Meramec Caverns, Midpoint Cafe, Amarillo, Grand Canyon, Calico Ghost Town and Santa Monica beach, to Los Angeles. Unfortunately, the route has been discontinued since 1985.
