AquaZoo

Hiking boots on, backpack on and explore! Look for unusual animals such as Nile crocodiles, ring-tailed lemurs, penguins and tigers. At AquaZoo, you will learn all about these special animals during the various educational presentations given daily. Take a walk along the animals via the adventure routes. Walk across ditches on tree trunks, cross the swamp near the kangaroos on a raft and jump from one stone to another. Can you keep your feet dry? There is also a rowing pond and playgrounds. There is even a giant air trampoline to let off steam. Parents, meanwhile, can enjoy themselves on the terrace with a snack and a drink.

Will you come along on a polar bear inspection?

This is unique in the Netherlands. During the polar bear inspection, you get a very close look at the medical checks that the animal carers perform on the polar bears every day. Fun and educational at the same time.

New areas!

Come along and discover AquaZoo's newest residents. Admire the Padre David deer, extinct in the wild, and stand eye to eye with the Amur tigers. In addition, the new Churchill area will open its doors in spring 2024!

Outside and inside!

There is also a lot to discover inside AquaZoo. For instance, you can admire all kinds of fish and frogs. There are even seahorses swimming around. Other animals also hide inside. Like the sloth and the armadillo. And what about gigantic Nile crocodiles, for example... Do you dare to greet these inhabitants of AquaZoo?
