Slagharen presents Jackie the Coyote

Attraction and Holiday Park has announced a new character. Jackie the Coyote will be the face of Scary Prairie during Halloween Slagharen this year. Jackie will have his own video series on social media.

Earlier, the Overijssel park announced that a new hairy mascot will be linked to Halloween. At first glance, Jackie seems like a normal teenager. Nothing turns out to be less true. ''She doesn't want to reveal her secret,'' Slagharen said.

In addition, she wants to help other people who get into trouble. Soon, the first part of the video series will appear on Slagharen's social media. Among other things, the video series will take place in and around The Manor on the Scary Prairie.

Halloween at Slagharen

During Halloween at Slagharen, there is a different program during the day than at night. Scary Prairie is aimed especially at families with children, while in the evening Western Nightmares takes place, suitable for older children and adults. ''The actors are ready to give you the nightmare of your life,'' Slagharen said. Slagharen won two Scare Awards for Halloween last year. Among others, the park received the audience award for Western Nightmares.

Scary Prairie takes place Oct. 12, 13 and from Oct. 19 through Nov. 3. Western Nightmares takes place on eight nights; Oct. 18, 19, 25, 26, 30, 31 and on Nov. 1 and 2. The evening lasts from 6:06 p.m. to 10 p.m. each night. During these evenings, some attractions will be open longer than.
