Themepark & Resort Slagharen will again start with new innovations in 2024.

After the many innovations that were implemented in 2023, during Slagharen's 60th anniversary, the park will close the year festively with the announcement of another major renovation in 2024. Next winter, new modern lodges will be built at the current campsite, which can accommodate up to 8 people.

Spacious accommodations
The new detached accommodations will be the largest in the park. Currently, Nevada, Red Rock and Raccoon Lodge are the most spacious accommodations, that can accommodate up to 6 adults. The new holiday homes can accommodate another 2 adults. With these new lodges, the park wants to serve larger families and small groups.

60 units built energy-neutral
A total of 60 new lodges will be built, which will be available from July 1, 2024. The new holiday homes are built according to BENG standards, making them energy neutral and equipped with a heat pump, solar panels and sustainable insulation. Furthermore, all homes are equipped with a lot of comfort, such as 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an attractive living room with luxurious kitchen. Guests will also be able to enjoy lots of greenery from a spacious terrace. The accommodation can be rented from next year in a premium and VIP variant. The new name and appearance of the lodges will be announced later. The new holiday homes can soon be reserved at www.slagharen.com.

The campsite
The current campsite will be used for the realization of these luxury lodges. In addition to this expansion, Slagharen is working on a new campsite, for which the plans re currently still in development.

Spend the night in Slagharen
The Slagharen holiday park consists of more than 650 accommodations. All current accommodations can be reserved for 2024 via www.slagharen.com. When you stay at the holiday park, you have unlimited access to the Aqua Mexicana amusement park and water park.

Signing contract
The festive signing of the contract took place on Wednesday, November 15, during the Recreation Trade Fair in Hardenberg. Dave Storm, General Manager of Slagharen Themepark & Resort, was accompanied by General Manager Jorden Visser of Griftdijk, the supplier who also supplied the Red Rocks, and Marek Wasiuk, General Manager of Letniskowo. Letniskowo will be responsible for the construction and is a leading supplier in realizing sustainable holiday homes, based in Bialystok, Poland. All parties approach this collaboration with great confidence.
